In today’s cartoon, I ask Stefan how he’s tracking the results of his video marketing efforts. Guess what?! He’s got no idea! Reading the Video MarketingTracking PDF helps business owners understand HOW to work out WHO is watching their videos, WHERE their video was found, and WHAT the viewer did NEXT. So my question to you is, “Are YOU tracking your video results?”
Video marketing might sound complicated, but the simplest techniques may be the best to try. Whether you’re posting on social media accounts, your website or blog, it’s super important to know your “metrics” for each place the video has been posted.
For example, in your website and blog statistics, it is possible to see :
◘ where the website visitors came from (by country or other website or social site)
◘ what they did once they landed on your site – and which PAGE they landed on
◘ whether they signed up for a freebie related to the video topic (you do HAVE freebies on your site, don’t you?)
◘ a whole host of other statistics depending on what’s been put in place to help you with this process.

Have you mapped out the potential paths potential clients might take, depending on what you’d like them to do? For example:
◘ sign up for your great-perceived value freebie (PDF, mini email course, mini video course etc), so they’re on the magical mailing list
◘ opt in and book a 15 min chat with you to move forward in getting to know you
Is Your Website Easy To Navigate?
◘ have you pretended to be a new visitor to your site, and see it through a total stranger’s eyes? This can be a great way to make sure your funnel is working!
