How did my friend Karin go from Karin Carr REALTOR® to Karin Carr ‘Real Estate Agent Coach’? After becoming licensed as a brand new agent in 2005, her husband and she moved several times. Each time they relocated, it was like being a new agent all over again. She had zero name recognition, no sphere of influence, no database, and absolutely no market share. In June 2017, they moved from Atlanta to Savannah. ONCE AGAIN, she had to start fresh. With no clients or money coming in, she decided to go all in on her YouTube™ channel.
