This is not right….The Airline must be booked for this…..This is gross negligence in maintenance work and it could happen with other critical component also….
Probably these passengers went away without demanding the refund.. this airline may take that for granted and will not have any fear or responsibility so they will do this again..

Indigo gives the worst service because of its monopoly in certain routes.. our experience was extremely bad.. they broke our suitcase.. and were not ready to pay for the damage.. we fought for 2 months and got the payment..

The crisis indigo is facing whether it's in terms of technical fault, or carelessness in taking charge of time and leaving early which in turn causes 6 passengers to not be able to board the flight isn't making any big ordeal to them and instead of paying attention to degarding service day by day they're instead focusing and intersted in buying 500 new aircraft may be just to beat tata behind. Like what's this nonsense going on every other day there's new incidents accumulating in IndiGo 's diary and DGCA isn't even paying any head to it. Why nobody knows
