Great video Clarence, I recall an old saying a buddy of mind used to describe his out reach efforts, he promised me he'd always have 0% response rate of all the people he NEVER contacted. Simple math, people complain about "well I only get a 3% response" Okay, that's 3 out of a hundred people, that could be worth 100k or more to you. I'd rather make the calls, make the effor than sit around wondering "what if"
