Question: “as a team coach I work with a model, a very specific method, I’m really super excited about it. Is it smart to talk about that in my videos?”
It’s wonderful to use a successful model or methodology to achieve goals in your work as a coach. I can imagine that you like to talk about that. Yet it is better to not talk about that in your videos. What do you need to say? I’ll share that with you in this video.

Disc, Insights Discovery, NLP, ACT, RET, EFT, TA, STAR, MBTI, constellations, core quadrants, drives, human design, Socratic, solution-focused, provocative and then of course we have mindful. Pfffffff.
I have news for you: you have better things to say in your videos than explaining your method to us. No matter how good it is.
Your target audience really wants to know. Just not now. They want to hear a few other things from you first. Videos help you engage with your target audience. Thanks to your videos, people are going to ask you to join their company or team to do what you do best. Coaching. Or provide training. Super nice that video works so well for that. As long as you say the right things. Because before we even want to hear about your method, we want to know other things, namely:
What do your clients get out of hiring you? What results can they expect? And that means that in your videos, better than talking about your methodology, you can tell a lot more about where you bring your clients: what will change for us when we start working with you?
The extra benefit of talking about this is that you will feel enthousiastic yourself. And that’s what you will radiate and that’s what makes your whole video stand out. This is very different from the way you look when you explain a complicated system.
And then, in your video, when you’ve told us how you transform lives, of teams, or companies, help a little bit. Don’t stay on the sidelines but tell us something that helps us take a first step in the right direction. Your video does not have to lead to world peace overnight. But you do want your future customer to have the idea: this person will take me further.
