Achieving and maintaining good oral health is essential for overall well-being. In my quest for healthy teeth and gums, I have developed a comprehensive oral health routine that I follow diligently every day. In this article, I will share with you the final part of my routine, as well as provide a link to a full video detailing my entire oral health regimen.
Part 4 of my oral health routine focuses on maintaining the health of my gums. Gum disease is a common issue that can lead to tooth loss if left untreated. To prevent gum disease, I use a combination of flossing and mouthwash in addition to my regular brushing routine.
Flossing is an important step in removing food particles and plaque from between the teeth where a toothbrush cannot reach. I floss after every meal to ensure that my gums stay healthy and my teeth remain free from decay.
After flossing, I rinse my mouth with an antimicrobial mouthwash to kill bacteria and freshen my breath. I make sure to swish the mouthwash around for at least 30 seconds before spitting it out. This extra step helps to further protect my gums and prevent gum disease.
In addition to flossing and mouthwash, regular dental check-ups are also crucial for maintaining good oral health. I visit my dentist twice a year for cleanings and exams to catch any potential issues early on.
If you are interested in seeing my full oral health routine in action, be sure to check out the video in my bio. I hope that by sharing my routine, I can inspire others to take their oral health seriously and prioritize good dental care. Remember, a healthy smile starts with a good oral health routine!
In conclusion, Part 4 of my oral health routine focuses on gum health through flossing, mouthwash, and regular dental check-ups. By following these steps diligently, I am able to maintain healthy teeth and gums for years to come. Don’t forget to watch the full video in my bio for more tips and tricks on achieving optimal oral health.

Sometimes when talking, his teeth look blue; I'm not sure if this is before or after he did things for it. My oral health advice is getting salivarius lactobaccillus (sic) and mix it in your mouth with the saliva already in your mouth (ie don't take it out and put it in a cup or anything) and that will help oral health.
I completed my breakfast. My plan was to to work at the pc and drink Lemon, tea all day. ☺️. I then saw this video. 😳. I don’t think drinking lemon tea all day is good for my teeth🤓. Thank you Bryan and keep impacting the world 🌎 for good. I will now try a new habit. Drink my tea (and sometimes lemon) with meals. Then when not eating my meal, drink water.
Me listening to him while sipping on my coffee and creamer 👁👄👁
what causes dry mouth condition?
Hi Bryan, can you PLEASE focus on healing your thyroid. Not fixing it, HEALING it. Meaning figuring out the cause of dysfunction and bringing it back to full function based on that. You are the perfect candidate to achieve this. You’ve eliminated diet and lifestyle factors that play into the persistence of disease. Shouldn’t your thyroid health and function be measured for improvement along with all of your other data points? If you are working to restore your hearing, why aren’t you working to restore thyroid function.
There’s studies that investigate the theory that Epstein Barr Virus could be part of the picture in a polymicrobial an/or multi bacterial pathological cause. EBV enters the bloodstream via damaged gut wall (leaky gut) and lodges in the thyroid and hides from the immune system by encasing itself in a protective biofilm extra cellular layer causing the thyroid to become dysfunctional. You could try to treat it by healing the endothelial cells of the gut (probably already achieved this) and then disrupting the biofilm layer of the virus and ridding the body of the virus (or any other contributing potential pathological bacteria etc) via a normal healthy immune system. This is just one area of investigation.
How do you plan to mitigate the risks of accidents (eg. Car crash, terrorism, etc…)? An unforeseen accident could fuck up the whole blueprint and all your work would go into garbage… are you planning to finance Blueprint for also few other people to mitigate the risks in case something happen to you?
Your shirt looks cool man! 😀

Hey Bryan, I saw you’ve trying to enlarge thymus, I have a pretty large one at age 31. No tumors or anything so far. I’m a General Surgeon so took couple tests to see if it’s something malign or remnant, maybe you’d like to look into it. Cheers on your quest, learning a lot from you!
Cool. And now you have 0 your own teeth. Sorry but no
