Love the segment with A. Lee. I think what a lot of marketers fight the idea a. that if you have a camera, you can 'do' video and b. that creating video is about the technical production–cameras, lights, editing software–alone. You still need to work with people that can bring a vison to life, who understand the elements of telling a good story. The analogy being just because I have a keyboard doesn't mean I can write the great American novel.
