It is basic chemistry coffee had carbon react with oxygen and generate natural water like fuel cell while tea had the more fat burning create hunger and drained the strength while coffee had both the acid for digestive but carbon to generate replacement of lost water is win win solution
Add a touch of lemond in coffee is perfect even with less food
