17. my biggest takeaway was about the hashtags. I totally misunderstood those as they relate to SEO – thought the more the better and thus the higher up my video would be. NOW, I get that they hashtags should represent ONLY what the video is about and I like what Mike used as an example: remove video and text and just using your hashtags, can you tell what the video is about? THAT'S my takeaway – thanks!

26. Hey guys! Dawn Gonzales here in Denver. You have a way of making what seems mentally complicated simple. As always I appreciate the content, but also the in-person content you've presented to me, my company of agents & larger community. I'm ready to dive in… even if that means failing forward! Although I've used video a ton with people I know, the fear & hindrance I have is presenting to a greater community of people I don't know.

27. Lewi and Mike, Thank you so much for always putting out such amazing and impactful comments. I really appreciate it. I love all of the motivating quotes that you always refer to and how clear you give instructions for everything. I always check in with myself and when things aren't moving in a forward momentum, i know that I am the one holding myself back. I also think that I want to learn, grow, and do everything and it gets super overwhelming. My son and I are partners and we are on Instagram, FB, Linkedin(sort of), You Tube(sort of) and etc. We run Ads, use a CRM, network, use direct mail, talk to everyone, go out in the community, and etc. Our conversion rate is not as high as we would like, at all. So, instead of staying on the hamster wheel, I put my foot down and joined your academy. I am only focusing on 3 groups right now and that is it(to much Shiny object syndrome). I really need the step by step so we can optimize everything and become more efficient(and get all of our systems in place). Sorry! You just got a novel! LOl! We will never give up and will just keep moving forward!! I have the academy, but would still love the 1-1. Have a wonderful rest of your week!

Love this blueprint it's packed full of great info including my favorite take away: Youtube is evergreen and I can do something one time and it lives on forever. I've been more focused on IG. 31. I tried to look up Realtors in my area doing YouTube videos and I only saw 3 other agents in my area. I am not determined to push youtube content out and be #1 youtube agent in my area. Most agents are doing facebook and tiktok, which I am doing also but I feel like youtube is lacking in my area and I'm ready to take it over. Thank you for the content in this video. I am ready to start producing and being more of my authentic self <3

    My biggest take a away is that social media especially YouTube is so nessesary especially now before there is more competition. I don't want to stay outdated I need to dive in there is no other good choice. I like that YouTube is very time efficient because you just do it once.

33. Hey dude! Great video, my biggest take away was how as a realtor we’re not relying solely on views. With a big ticket sale such as real estate you don’t need a million views to be “successful” on YouTube as a realtor.

37. This was time well spent. My biggest takeaway is that I just have to get started and be consistent with content production. YouTube is one of the best tools that we have as agents to set us up for long-term success but too many of us do not make it a priority in our business. We are in the business of marketing.
